I think people are not comprehending the reason for censuring Rep. Laurel Libby. Outrage over her behavior is due not to what she said, but to her naming and showing a picture of the transgender student.

She had the freedom to voice her opinion while not using the name and picture of the student. That’s petty, shameful and a pathetic way to gain attention to her cause.
