The biggest changes in this weeks Varsity Maine boys lacrosse poll are South Portland moving up two spots to No. 6, and Messalonskee joining the rankings at No. 10.

The Red Riots were unranked two weeks ago, but a seven-game win streak after dropping their first two games of the season has them making another jump this week. Their biggest moment over the past week was beating fifth-ranked York 12-7 on Friday. Messalonskee, meanwhile, has outscored its past three opponents 56-2.

Falmouth continues to dominate and is show no sign of giving up the No. 1 spot, though Yarmouth did garner one first-place vote this week. The only other change in the top five is Kennebunk (fourth) and York (fifth) swapping places.

The Varsity Maine boys lacrosse poll is based on games played before May 20, 2025. The top 10 teams are voted on by the Varsity Maine staff, with first-place votes in parentheses, followed by total points.
