BINGHAM Delia Hill and Myranda Beane both drove in a pair of runs Tuesday as the Valley softball team earned an 11-4 victory over Carrabec in East/West Conference play.

Jayne Tewksbury, Rylee Clark and Hill each had a double for Valley (6-5). Madeline Hill pitched a complete game, allowing two earned runs on nine hits while striking out six and walking two.

Ava Welch had three hits, including two doubles, for Carrabec (10-2).

BELFAST 4, ERSKINE ACADEMY 0: Jordyn MacKay threw a 10-strikeout one-hitter as the Lions earned a KVAC B North win over the Eagles in South China.

Danica Gray had two hits for Belfast (12-1), which earned its sixth straight win. Gracie Moore had a triple and two RBI for the Lions, while MacKay smacked a double.

Lilly Clark had the lone hit for Erskine (7-6). Kelsie Dunn struck out six for the Eagles in the loss.

ST. DOMINIC ACADEMY 19, MT. ABRAM 12: Emily Andrews produced seven RBI, and the Saints beat the Roadrunners in Salem Township.

Sophia Franciose added three hits and three RBI for St. Dom’s (9-3). Leah Shannon had two hits, two RBI and two runs scored.

Celia Rose had three RBI for Mt. Abram (0-11).

BASEBALL

ST. DOM’S 7, MT. ABRAM 6: A pair of three-run outbursts were too much for the Roadrunners to overcome against the Saints in Salem Township.

St. Dom’s plated three runs in the top of the first and three more in the third to take an early 6-1 lead. Mt. Abram battled back with three in the fourth and two in the sixth, but its comeback bid fell one run short.

Freshman Logan LeClair pitched the Saints (7-6) to their fifth straight win. He struck out four and allowed four hits and four walks in five innings. Ben Dumais earned the save with two innings of relief.

St. Dom’s had six hits, including a double apiece by Dumais and Finn Cavers.

Mt. Abram’s Bryce Wilcox drove in a pair of runs and tallied a game-high two hits, and Walker Wolfe hit a double for the Roadrunners (9-3).

MT. BLUE 6, HAMPDEN ACADEMY 5: The Cougars (8-4) scored twice in the bottom of the seventh to earn a key Class A North victory over the Broncos (7-6) in Farmington.

Mt. Blue, which has now won four straight, trailed 5-4 entering the final frame. Dane Cousineau singled home the tying run, then the game-winning run came home on an error.

Gage DeCarolis went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBI for the Cougars. Nolan Leso and Oliver Cormier each doubled, singled and drove in a run, and Ben Wrigley doubled.

Aiden Wilkens pitched a complete game for the Cougars, striking out six and limiting Hampden to four hits.

Alex Cote doubled and drove in two runs and Ashton O’Roak added a pair of hits for the Broncos.

Kaysen Wildman pitched the first six innings for Hampden and struck out seven batters.

BOYS LACROSSE

LEWISTON 12, CONY 6: Jackson Bement scored four goals to pace the Blue Devils past the Rams in Augusta.

Ben Gradwell and Collin Michaud added two goals apiece for Lewiston (6-5), while Nick Beaucage, Lucas Bragdon, Bernardo Fra-Nero and Alex Wade each had one. Isaac Bellemore assisted on four goals, and Fra-Nero had two assists. Goalie Brock Rancourt stopped 12 shots.

Zack Waddell scored the first four goals for Cony (3-6) and assisted on goals by Kyle Olson and Nick Dion in the fourth quarter. Bryce Watson and Jackson Wing had two assists apiece.

GIRLS LACROSSE 

LINCOLN ACADEMY 17, MCI/NOKOMIS 1: Mariam DeLisle tied the school record for points in a game with 11, finishing with seven goals and four assists as the Eagles rolled past MCI/Nokomis in Newcastle.

Scarlett O’Brien added four goals and an assist for Lincoln (8-4), Rowan Coffin had two goals and an assist, and Sammi Kopp, Zofie Day, Yzze Bhe and Fauna Appell also scored. Kopp assisted on two goals.

Kirra Hebert scored for MCI/Nokomis (1-10).
