During the past two weeks, Mt. Ararat High School senior Theodore Forcier spent some time interviewing fellow track and field athletes and producing videos for Varsity Maine as part of his Eagle Legacy project, which is required for graduating seniors at the Topsham school.

Forcier, 18, a Bowdoinham resident, plans to attend Quinnipiac University in Hampden, Connecticut, in the fall.

This video features Brunswick senior Lisi Palmer discussing her track origins, favorite events and why track and field can be mentally challenging.
