Portland Hearts of Pine forwards Masashi Wada and Ollie Wright have been named to the USL League One Team of the Week, the club announced Tuesday.

Wada scored three goals in Wednesday’s 5-2 USL1 win at the Richmond Kickers. Wright scored on a penalty kick at Richmond and again via penalty kick in Sunday’s 1-0 home win against FC Naples.

It was Wada’s fourth USL1 weekly honor and the eighth time Wright has earned a league honor, including being Player of the Month for August.

Portland (9-4-10) has won five of its past six games to climb to fifth place. It hosts Texoma FC (6-11-8) on Saturday at 5 p.m.
