The Associated Press article in your Sept. 9 edition, “What Americans think about socialism and capitalism,” had so many poll percentages broken up between the Republican and Democratic parties that it became confusing. And, with almost no substance of what their ideologies represent. Since we never see the original poll question, the resulting percentages don’t really inform anyone.
Now how about this poll question: “Do you favor capitalism … or … capitalism with a national health care system, where you’d never have to deal with another health insurance company.”
Hello? This means no more annoying co-pays! Bring on the results.
