Residents of Augusta will soon have the opportunity to reelect Bill Savage to an at-large City Council seat.
I’ve worked with Bill for more than two decades — as both a colleague and as opposing counsel. Whether he was prosecuting drug traffickers, people who abused our most vulnerable or those who committed fraud against Medicaid, Bill tirelessly worked toward a just and principled outcome.
I know he brings that same level of care, commitment and intensity to his present work on the Augusta City Council. Augusta’s residents would be well served by his reelection.
