The Maine Office of Cannabis Policy expanded on Thursday its mandatory recall in October for a brand of cannabis vape cartridge products.

The products tested for unsafe levels of the pesticide chlorfenapyr, the office said, which can lead to fever, sweating, nausea, vomiting and an “altered mental status” if inhaled.

The October recall applied to Yani 0.5-gram and 1-gram live resin vape cartridges, produced by NorCo Outdoor Cannabis, under the strain name Watermelon Chimera sold at 21 stores.

On Thursday, the office expanded its recall of the product to include the strain names Apple & Bananas, Cherry Tartufo and Lemon Cherry Pie, and five additional stores.
