Donald Trump is not known for being the classiest of individuals, but his ongoing insults of former President Joe Biden are classless, especially when delivered in front of foreign leaders. If Biden is so incompetent, what does it say about Trump losing to him in 2020?

Joe Biden, like Trump, has his failings, but while Donald Trump was frolicking at Studio 54, stiffing contractors for their work at his hotels in Atlantic City and filing for bankruptcy, Joe Biden spent decades in public service. Magnanimity is certainly not one of Trump’s virtues (unless when meeting with a foreign dictator), but he could follow the example of the governor-elect of Virginia, who was gracious in her recognition of the public service of her opponent.

It’s ridiculous to continue to assert that Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine is “Joe Biden’s war.” Biden coalesced NATO to rebuff what the Kremlin hoped to accomplish in a few days, even adding new members to NATO. Trump may be right, however, that the war may not have happened if he were president, as he probably would have escorted his buddy Putin into Kyiv.

And when it comes to corruption, what president (and president’s family) ever profited from the presidency more than the Trumps? Hunter Biden is in the minor leagues when compared to major league Trump grift.

President Trump should get over it, put on his big-boy pants, and focus on the American public rather than himself and his many grievances.
