Thornton Academy remains atop the Varsity Maine boys hockey poll, where it has been for all but the winter’s first set of rankings. The No. 2 spot, however, hasn’t been as steady. This week, the Lewiston co-op is second, its highest ranking of the season thanks to a five-game win streak.

The Cony co-op returns to the rankings after a couple weeks away at No. 4. The Rams defeated Camden Hills on Wednesday and dropped a close contest against No. 3 Messalonskee on Saturday.

No teams that were in last week’s poll dropped out because Cheverus/Yarmouth and Scarborough are tied for fifth.

The Varsity Maine boys hockey poll is based on games played before Feb. 10, 2026. The top five teams are voted on by the Varsity Maine staff, with first-place votes in parentheses, followed by total points.
