After reading about the Trump family’s IRS “get out of jail free card,” I was physically ill.
Between this and the Supreme Court telling him he can do anything he wants, this country has lost control. The Trumps will continue to drain the coffers for unnecessary vanity and personal projects while the rest of us pay for it. On top of all that, President Trump has made it clear several times that he doesn’t concern himself with prices that average Americans are paying.
Basically, he behaving like a king (or a dictator). John Thune even said as much. Republicans won’t rein him in because they are scared of losing their seats in Congress. Bill Cassidy and Thomas Massie are proof of this and are now speaking out.
If only the rest would remember their oath to the Constitution — and their constituents who pay their salaries — and show some courage.
