Isabelle Eva Hagar Kelsey
PITTSTON – Isabelle Eva Hagar Kelsey, Izzy, Mom, Mammy, passed away on Feb. 11, 2026, at her home at the age of 98, where it all began peacefully as she went to meet her adored husband.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29, at 11 a.m. at the Riverside Cemetery, Arnold Road, Pittston.
