Riding power trowels glide across a concrete surfaces Wednesday as construction of the Rusty Lantern Market and Irving gas station has begun at 222 Main St. in Waterville. The 24-hour market plans to prepare food for takeout or dining in an inside seating area with a fireplace, said Curtis Neufeld, an engineer representing the project for First Priority Capital LLC.
