Barbara Belz-Gallimore
SUN CITY WEST, Ariz. – Barbara Belz-Gallimore, 86, died peacefully Jan. 24, 2026, at the Brookdale Trail Ridge Memory Care facility in Sun City West, Arizona.
Barbara grew up in Winthrop, where she attended Winthrop High School. Later in life she moved to Arizona where she owned Punkin Center Bait, Tackle and Marine in Tonto Basin, Arizona.
Survivors include: Sister, Patricia Fish (and husband Tim); daughter Kimberly Morse (and husband Kris) of Sun City West, Ariz.; son Leighton (Jay) Payson (and wife Sharon) of Manchester, N.H.; daughter Karen Camacho of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and their father Leighton Payson Sr. of Brookdale Trail Ridge, Sun City West, Ariz; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear family and friends.
Services will be held at Glenside Cemetery in Winthrop, June 14, 2026 at noon. Following the service there will be a celebration of life luncheon at the Augusta West Kampground Recreation Center, Winthrop. All are welcome.
