WATERVILLE – Our brother, William “Billy” S. Mills, passed from this life unto the Lord on Nov. 14, 2025, at the age of 64. He was born Dec. 9, 1960, to William S. Mills Sr. and Suzanne K. Mills.

He was predeceased by his parents and his wife Sally. He is survived by his daughter Klara; his brothers, Michael Mills, Jeffrey Mills and his “baby” sister Wendy Mills; as well as his grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles.

He attended schools in Belgrade and Oakland. Billy held a few jobs over the years but enjoyed his time driving taxi in the Waterville area back in the day. He had many issues and experienced declining health in recent years especially and would often mention that he was glad to know that his sins were forgiven and he was ready to die and would never be in Hell because of what the Lord Jesus Christ did on his behalf at Calvary’s cross for a “sinner like me” he would often say.

He is now finally at rest. One of his favorite Bible verses was John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

There will be a graveside service Saturday June 13, 2026 at 2 p.m. at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Belgrade, Maine. Also at that time will be the interment of his parents in the family lot.
