BELGRADE – A Celebration of Life will be held for Wayne L. Smith of Belgrade on Saturday, July 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Loon Cove in Belgrade. There will be a dedication at the Loon Cove Tennis Courts at 11:30 a.m., followed by a light lunch with craft beer at Loon Cove Lodge at the end of Loon Call Drive.
