Ashley Gosline and William Purington II, both of Farmingdale, have announced their engagement.

Ashley is the daughter of Nelson and Trish Gosline, of Manchester, and Katherine Gosline, of Augusta. She is a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where she received a bachelor of science degree in business management.

She is employed by Gosline Insurance Group, in Hallowell.

William is the son of son of Bill and Kathy Purington, of Manchester. He is a 2011 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, where he received a bachelor of science degree in construction management.

He is employed by Maine Drilling & Blasting, in Gardiner.

A Sept. 19, 2015, wedding is planned.
