This letter is for all of the readers out there living in the great city of Waterville.

It was brought to my attention recently that Steve Soule was running for the Waterville City Council. Soule has been and currently still is a mentor to so many. He truly cares about people. He has a gift, and he believes he can create change.

I believe in Steve. I am privileged to have worked along side such a devoted and educating individual.
