AUGUSTA — South Parish Congregational Church, 9 Church St., will kick off a year long celebration of the 150th anniversary of the church building and Hook organ at the 10 a.m. service Sunday, Nov. 22.

A series of concerts and community events are scheduled through November 2016.

The South Parish Sanctuary with its Tiffany windows and internationally known Hook organ holds a significant place in Augusta community history.
