Cheese Making 101, a hands-on make and take: yogurt, mozzarella and ricotta, sponsored by Echo Ridge Cheese, will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Echo Ridge Cheese, 2080 North Road, Mount Vernon.

All proceeds will benefit the Dr. Shaw Memorial Library.

All materials will be provided — just bring a few small jars to take home your yogurt, and bring some heavy duty washing gloves if you have them.

Space is limited to six people. Preregistration is required.

The fee is $50 per person, or $75 for two family members together.
