AUGUSTA — Emily Jacques led four players in double figures with 15 points as the second-seeded Edward Little girls basketball team turned back rival and No. 6 Lewiston 58-23 in a Class AA North girls semifinal game Tuesday afternoon at the Augusta Civic Center.

EL (15-4) will play either Oxford Hills or Deering in the AA North final Friday night at 7 at the Civic Center.

Piper Norcross, Karli Stubbs and Jordyn Reynolds each scored 13 points for the Red Eddies, who led just 13-8 after the first quarter but outscored the Blue Devils 15-0 in the second.

Kristina Blais and Alasia Branche each scored seven points to lead Lewiston.
