Westbrook police are asking the public to help to find 41-year-old Maurice Pelissier, who is believed to be a threat to himself and potentially others because of a psychiatric condition.

Pelissier was last seen around 9 a.m. this morning fleeing the area of Andover Road at Congress Street toward Skyway Drive and Interstate 95. He is 6-foot 2-inches tall, weighs about 225 pounds and has shaggy brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray fleece, green cargo pants, and flip-flops with wool socks.

Westbrook police ask that if anyone spots Pelissier, not to approach him and call 911 immediate for assistance.
