A car drove off the Bath viaduct overpass Monday afternoon, according to emergency personnel.

The crash of a Mercury Mountaineer SUV was reported about 2:40 p.m., and an unknown number of people are injured.

The viaduct is closed to all traffic for accident reconstruction, according to reports on Twitter.

It’s not clear whether other vehicles were involved in the accident.
