WILTON — Residents will have the chance to meet and ask questions of the five candidates running for two selectmen’s seats at a meet and greet event.
The event will be held 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Calzolaio’s Pasta Company. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available from 6:30 to 7 p.m.
Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions of the candidates and listen to the candidates give their background and share their ideas on Wilton’s future.
Ruth Cushman, Irving Faunce, David Leavitt, Betty Shibles and incumbent Tiffany Maiuri are running for two open select board seats. CherieAnn Harrison, who is running uncontested for Wilton’s Regional School Unit 9 board of director’s seat, will also be at the event.
Elections for this positions will be held on Tuesday, June 14, in advance of Town Meeting on June 20.
