THORNDIKE — Anika Elias scored two goals and assisted on a third as the Waterville girls soccer team remained unbeaten in the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B division with a 6-0 win over Mount View on Tuesday afternoon.

Sophie Webb also scored two goals for the Purple Panthers (11-0-0), while Mackenzie St. Pierre and Kassidy Richards added goals in the win.

Shala Davis and Emily Lancaster combined to make nine saves for Mount View (3-6-2).

GARDINER 2, MCI 0: Lauren Chadwick scored two goals to lift the Tigers to the KVAC B win in Gardiner.

Mary Toman had an assist and Tabi Hembree made six saves for Gardiner (3-7-0).

Maddie Hallee stopped seven shots for MCI (3-5-2).

BREWER 4, SKOWHEGAN 2: Maria Low scored a pair of goals to lead the Witches past the Indians in Brewer.

Emily Lord and Hanna Hopkins also scored for Brewer (5-5-0) in the KVAC A win.

Alyssa Everett scored twice for Skowhegan (1-9-0).

BOYS SOCCER

WATERVILLE 4, MOUNT VIEW 2: Justin Wentworth scored two goals and Ethan Cayer had a goal and two assists as the Purple Panthers doubled up the Mustangs at Webber Field in Waterville.

Jack Lloyd also scored for Waterville (6-4-1).

Nathaniel Illingworth and Darrett Fowler scored for Mount View (3-8-0).

CARRABEC 1, MT. ABRAM 0: Jared Daigle scored midway through the second half as the Cobras edged the Roadrunners in an Mountain Valley Conference game in North Anson.

Dustin Crawford had the assist.

Seth Padelford had eight saves for Carrabec (7-1-2) while Xavier Romanoski had 10 for Mt. Abram (4-4-2).

GARDINER 2, MCI 1: Casey Bourque scored two unassisted goals to spark the Tigers in Pittsfield. Both goals came in the second half. Cam Bell made six saves for Gardiner (4-5-1).

Hunter Wintle scored for MCI (5-3-2). Aidan Peacock made three saves.

ERSKINE 1, NOKOMIS 0: Christopher Weymouth scored just 63 seconds into the second half to lift the Eagles to the KVAC B win in South China.

David McGraw made one save to earn the shutout for Erskine (6-2-2).

Nick Bolliger had nine saves in net for Nokomis (2-8-0).

WINSLOW 7, OCEANSIDE 0: Jake Warn scored twice and Spencer Miranda had a goal and four assists to lead the Black Raiders to the KVAC B win in Thomaston.

Bryce Hillier, Jack Morneault, Isaac Lambrecht and Daylon Carpenter also scored in the win for unbeaten Winslow (9-0-1). Jake Lapierre made one save for his sixth shutout of the season.

Colby Dorr had 16 saves for Oceanside (3-7-0).

TEMPLE 3, RANGELEY 2, OT: Bradley Smith scored four minutes into extra time to lift Temple to the East/West Conference win at UMaine-Farmington.

Smith tied the game with an unassisted goal late in the second half.

Carl Trafton and Ricky Thompson scored in the first half for Rangeley (3-5-2). Will Paradis scored on a penalty kick in the first half to put Temple (5-2-1) on the board.

CAMDEN HILLS 2, MT. BLUE 1: Max Pushaw scored on a free kick in the second half to lift the Windjammers in Farmington.

Josiah Krul also scored for Camden Hills (7-3-0) while Lucas Boetsch made four saves.

Sam Smith scored off a throw-in for Mt. Blue (5-3-2). Tucker Carleton stopped eight shots.

BANGOR 3, MESSALONSKEE 1: Garth Derenyi had a goal and an assist as the Rams sank the Eagles in Oakland.

James Kouletsis had the lone goal for Messalonskee (6-3-1), which has lost two in a row.

Tom Szewczyk and David Miller had the other goals for Bangor (9-1-0).

FIELD HOCKEY

MESSALONSKEE 4, HAMPDEN 0: Lydia Dexter and Autumn Littlefield each scored two goals to spark the Eagles to the KVAC A win in Oakland.

Littlefield and Ally Turner each had an assist for Messalonskee (12-2-0) and Hannah Pinney made two saves.

Lisa Reitmayer made 24 saves for Hampden (5-6-1).

MT. BLUE 6, MT. ARARAT 0: Hannah Minns and Molly Harmon each scored twice to pace the Cougars to the KVAC A win in Topsham.

Adelle Foss and Ellie Pelletier also scored for Mt. Blue (11-0-1). Erika McArthur made two saves.

The Eagles dropped to 3-9-0.
