IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:15 a.m., Lawrence Edward Flood, 27, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of trafficking tobacco in an adult correctional facility.
2:51 p.m., Stacy M. Bowman, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a theft charge.
5:04 p.m., Jaclyn Suezanne Rutherford, 26, was arrested on charges of aggravated criminal mischief, assault, obstructing the report of a crime, violating the conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest, all in Skowhegan.
7:18 p.m., Daryle Gormley, 50, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of violation of a protection order, falsifying physical evidence and failure to submit to arrest, and on warrants.
