I am writing this letter in support of Jeremy Pare, candidate for Kennebec County commissioner.

I am a department supervisor at my place of business. Jeremy Pare is a vital part of our process improvement team; also know as the “LEAN” team. Over the past two years, we have worked together to make significant improvements to our facility.

Jeremy’s leadership has guided us to considerable improvements in our overall customer experience. He has taught us about the fundamentals of process improvement, and assisted in the recognition of opportunities to reduce wasted time and improve workflows.

Jeremy is an intelligent and motivated individual. He is more than capable of serving as county commissioner for Kennebec County. He will bring his knowledge and team experience to this role and be successful.
