Pittsfield Public Library will offer a free felted gnome making workshop from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.

Participants can learn how to needle felt a gnome like the ones in the book “The Gnome Project” with Maine artist, author Jessica Peill-Meininghaus.

Teens and adults who attend must have good manual dexterity. Supplies will be provided.
