LISBON — Mitch Jarvais scored a game-high 15 points as the Madison boys basketball team pulled away for a 54-45 Mountain Valley Conference win over Lisbon on Thursday night.

Sean Whalen added 13 points for the Bulldogs (12-1).

Henry Doyle had 13 points to pace Lisbon (6-6).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

MADISON 42, LISBON 20: Lauren Hay had a double-double to lead the Bulldogs to the MVC win in Madison.

Hay scored a game-high 15 points and pulled in 10 rebounds for Madison (9-3). Marah Hall added eight points, while Madeline Wood chipped in with six points and six assists.

Kaylin Le scored nine for Lisbon (6-6).

CARRABEC 39, DIRIGO 36: Bailey Dunphy and Melanie Clark each scored 13 points as the Cobras won the MVC contest in North Anson.

Madolynn Hugues added six points for Carrabec (3-8).

Sophia Jacques led Dirigo (4-9) with 11 points.
