DAMARISCOTTA — Newcastle residents Rem and Taylor Briggs will discuss their experience as thru-hikers on the Appalachian Trail at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main St.
The talk is part of the center’s weekly lunch and learn program.
Luncheon reservations are required; call 563-1363 by noon Monday, Jan. 30, to make your reservation.
A suggested donation of $5 is requested for those older than 60, or $6.50 for all others.
