Roy Harrington stacks cucumbers that he dipped in water at the farm stand next to his family’s plot in Manchester on Sunday.

Harrington said he’s transitioning from a semi-retired small engine mechanic to a full-time farmer, with his vegetable garden and selection of fruits.
