JEFFERSON — Staying Positive When Everything is Negative is the topic of a talk at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, at Jefferson Village Library, 48 Washington Road.

Guest speaker Rev. Bette Bond will talk about the power of positivity at the store, the bank, the post office, on the TV news.

Participants can learn some techniques to stay calm in the midst of a chaotic world.
