Pittsfield Public Library will hold a Food for Fines food drive the last two weeks of December. This program allows anyone owing money for overdue library materials to pay their fine with food instead of cash.

Bring the food and the library fine will be waived. Only non-perishable, undamaged, unexpired and labeled items will be accepted.

All food will be donated to the Pittsfield Food Pantry. This program does not apply to lost or damaged library materials.
