Good Will-Hinckley and the Maine Academy of Natural Sciences collected blankets last month for the “This is NOT my Blanket” campaign to collect new or gently used blankets to provide homeless people in the Waterville/Augusta/Portland area. The campaign was organized by the nonprofit organization Least of These.
GWH delivered 20 blankets. Mary Littlefield’s advisory worked together to make a blanket. Colin Sweeney, Matt Watson and Kwayah Lichterfeld from the advisory went with GWH’s development coordinator Michelle Theriault to deliver the blankets to Michelle Franzose, ministry director for Least of These.
