Girl Scouts from around the state vote against a proposal to drop a line of cookies during a debate Thursday at the Statehouse. The fourth annual Girl Scout Cookie Debate introduced Scouts to the legislative process. Rep. Joyce Fitzpatrick, R-Houlton, attended the event.
