Suspect remains in hospital after he was shot during alleged Sidney home invasion
Eric Hewett, who shot Dreaquan Foster, suffered a head injury but has since been released from Maine Medical Center in Portland. Foster is under 24-hour guard in the intensive care unit of MaineGeneral Medical Center, police said.
