Demitria Buhalis said another car’s occupants actually threatened her and she’s being targeted because she’s a cop.

Police say Demitria Buhalis, 41, of Brownsville, Vt., is a police officer at the federal veterans hospital in White River Junction.

The 19-year-old victim told police his “associates would shoot up the place” if police didn’t resolve the matter quickly, according to an affidavit filed in court.

Benjamin Brazier, who has been in hiding for more than a decade, is back behind bars and charged with an assault that occurred in 2000.
