Maine officials are seeking a murder warrant for Evaristo Deus, who police say was driving the vehicle that killed his pregnant girlfriend.

No arrest has been made in connection with the death of Michael Moore; meanwhile, the condition of his roommate, James Ford, has deteriorated.

Michael Moore, 23, was found unconscious by firefighters in an apartment building on Main Street that was set ablaze early Thursday.

Of the 59 patients seen by Dr. William Ortiz over two days, there was no documentation of an examination or a treatment plan for 44 of them.

But the northern lights, sparked by a burst of radiation from the sun, stayed off in southern Maine.
