Quebec sent Maine a missing persons report about Martin Poulin and Francine Dumas at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Somerset County sheriff’s officials say.

Double fatal accident in West Forks Plantation discovered week later
A couple from Quebec was on their way to a wedding in New Hampshire last Tuesday when they went off U.S. Route 201, hit a tree and died; family members found the wreck Tuesday afternoon.
