Pittston man connected to Lisbon murder dies of gunshot wound
Benjamin Peterson died Friday night as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound sustained early in the day after allegedly shooting and killing former girlfriend Kylee Turcotte, State Police said.

No trace of Auburn woman missing since 2021
It took the better part of two years for authorities to realize Celeste Doghmi was missing since mid-2021. Originally from Germany and estranged from much of her family and friends who all live out of state, it took a request to police for contact in May 2023 to raise any suspicion.

Police: Waterville man hospitalized after leading officers on multicounty chase in stolen fuel truck
Paul Hatch, 37, was injured after the truck flipped onto its side on state Route 133, according to officials. He is expected to be transferred to the Kennebec County Correctional Facility in Augusta after being released from the hospital.
