Winthrop was expected to be good and there hasn’t been a letdown yet. After graduating only two players from last year’s Eastern C champions, Winthrop is averaging close to 30 shots per 60 minutes and has outscored its opponents 16-0 in three games. The Ramblers have a super goalie in Alyssa Arsenault, but she hasn’t been called on very often.
