Maine man convicted in Kansas man’s killing

Robert Colson of Bucksport fatally shot the man during a burglary at the man’s home in Kansas last year.

The cruiser collided with another vehicle Saturday on Flag Pond Road, the department said.

The mastermind gets three years and the other participant receives two, less than the prosecutor sought, and they also must repay $1.4 million.
