State issues do-not-eat advisory for deer harvested in the Fairfield-area over ‘forever chemicals’
The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife issued the advisory Tuesday after finding high levels of ‘forever chemicals,’ or PFAS, in deer in the area.
