After mounting frustrations and delays in the effort to quit Anson-based SAD 74, Embden voters will be asked in a Nov. 8 referendum whether they want to keep pursuing withdrawal.

Through the school’s international student program, a group of Mt. Blue High School students have the opportunity to take a week-long trip to a Beijing school this spring.

The board’s four goals include undergoing training to work together better by improving communications.

Councilors also discussed the school district’s cost-sharing committee efforts.
