Skowhegan man allegedly attempts to grab officer’s gun during disorderly conduct arrest
Edward A. Sincyr, 44, was charged with multiple misdemeanors after police say he yelled obscenities, resisted arrest and tried to grab an officer’s gun during his arrest at the Skowhegan walking bridge early Sunday morning.
