Augusta school officials said no students were on the bus at the time.

Denton Worrell, 20, of New York state, was indicted on federal conspiracy charges; and William McDaniel, of Augusta, was charged in state court.

The man reportedly drove onto the trail by accident while taking a friend sightseeing and was stopped by police in Hallowell.

Rashaad McKinney, 26, now of Augusta, is to spend an initial 90 days in jail.
