Skowhegan tells church-run homeless shelter its residents have to go

While shelter leaders said they have already made significant progress addressing the issues, the Zoning Board of Appeals has limited jurisdiction.

The town gave the homeless shelter 30 days to resolve the violations of building codes and fire safety measures before it takes further legal action.
