The Biddeford Police Department conducted the special enforcement on four occasions over over the last month. Chief Roger Beaupre said they will continue, from time to time.

Police have identified the victim as Douglas Michaud of Biddeford, the owner of the multi-unit property where the shooting occurred. Randal J. Hennessy of Biddeford was arrested in New Hampshire.
