Windows to be replaced at Franklin County Courthouse

All of the windows on the main floor and second floor will be replaced with Andersen windows, county Facility Manager Nick Palmer said.

The building is expected to be completed next spring.

The money will come over a three-year period to help the Franklin County Detention Center address substance use and opioid use recovery.
