OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. — Emily Peacock of West Gardiner was one of more than 1,100 students to receive degrees as spring graduates of the New York Institute of Technology class of 2021. Peacock studied in the Bachelor of Fine Arts global and electronic journalism program.

Invasive watermilfoil returns in Cobbossee Lake despite efforts to eradicate the plant
